
FOUNDER/PRESIDENT: Ambassador (Dr) Uzo-Udegbunam Chioma N.L Ph.d
Dr. Uzo-Udegbunam Chioma is a multi-talented, highly spirited and self motivated woman with a large heart for humanity. She has worked in administrative capacities at different levels in Public service before she rose to the level of Assistant Director in Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) Abuja, Nigeria. She has also attended several conferences and courses in Nigeria and overseas and has many certified professional certificates and awards in her kitty which contributed immensely to her strength.
She is highly gender sensitive and her gender related programmes have been an inspiration to every woman and man both young and old in the society. She recently launched a powerful book “The African Woman and Quest for Equality” This book is currently making waves in both electronic and social media across the country and diaspora.
Mrs Uzo-Udegbunam Chioma holds Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration respectively from the prestigious University of Calabar, Nigeria. She obtained her Master's in Public Administration from the reputed Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Nasarawa State of Nigeria. And recently, she proceeded for her Ph.D in the same Nasarawa State University. Also, she is a Fellow, Institute of Corporate Management and Strategy. She is married and the marriage is blessed with wonderful children.

DEAN OF FACULTY: Dr. Opulent Kenny Adeyanju
Dr. Opulent Kenny Adeyanju is a business consultant, motivational speaker, entrepreneur with vast knowledge and experience in marketing, communication, leadership and human capital development for total transformation of lives.
In 2016, he started a campaign on “DYNAMICS OF PERSONAL ECONOMIC RECOVERY IN NIGERIA” and the campaign featured him severally on local and international TV stations including Nigeria Television Authority, Abuja, Nigeria. His well attended monthly Champions Business Summit attracts people from all strata of life including business, academics and various professional concerns. He has authored several books including Releasing the Millionaire in You, Take Charge and Dynamics of Personal Economic Recovery. All of which sold in thousands.
He is the Chief Executive Officer SDI Leadership Academy, a young but fast growing inspirational and leadership development outfit. His message of transformation is much sought after by several individuals and corporate organizations for personal development and organizational growth.
Dr. Adeyanju is a graduate of Graphics Design from the great Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria (1994). He proceeded for his Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Marketing at the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos (1997). He obtained his Masters in Business Administration at the popular Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Ondo State, Nigeria (2001). Opulent Kenny Adeyanju finally bagged his Ph.D in Human Development from ICOF University, Kentucky, USA (2008).

PROJECT DIRECTOR: Engr. Chike Onyeguili
Engr. Chike Onyeguili is an astute administrator and a business development expert with ability to link risk and schemes to corporate strategy. He is very conversant with Planning, design and implementation of Sustainable Development solutions initiatives. Engr. Chike is the Executive Secretary/Chief Executive of Sustainability Support Forum, Coordinator of United Nations-SDSN (Nigeria), Working and Research Group Three: Sustainable City, Infrastructure, Production and Consumption (SDGs 9, 11 & 12),
Former Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers Federal Ethics, Transparency and Disciplinary Committee and also Former Member, Federal Budget Appraisal and Implementation Committee. He contributed significantly to the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in Nigeria. Working as the National Head of Consultants and Engineering with Independent Evaluation, the National Management Consultant to the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on MDGs (OSSAP-MDGs).
He has initiated several real products and services as solutions to the various development challenges particularly with regard to the Development Agenda. He coordinated and managed the team of Zonal Inspectors and State Project Consultants (SPCs) to deliver more than 10, 000 MDG’s constituency projects (Quick-Win and Special Projects) nationwide. He has also packaged several problem-solving solutions to the succeeding Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Engr. Chike Onyeguili qualified as a Civil Engineer from University of Nigeria. He is also a certified Project Manager and Sustainable Development Practitioner. A COREN registered Engineer and Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers; Member, Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers and Member Rotary International. He has practiced as a Civil Engineer for over two decades and has professional engineering/management experience in geotechnical/materials, general civil/structural, bridge and road engineering practice.

UN REP. & Global Director of Gender World: Dr. Ada Chinwe Okika
Dr. Ada Okika is a Consultant to many Organizations at the United Nations. Ada Okika’s expertise is on gender equality, children and youth empowerment programs. She is also the Proprietor of Irene Menakaya School Onitsha and Executive Director of Friends of Education for African Children orphaned by AIDS. Dr. Ada Okika has been honored with many awards including the recent Women Ambassador Award, Ambassador for Peace Award, Community Leadership Award, Member Community Advisory Board, Project Brief Initiative at Jacobi Medical Center NY and Honorary Doctor of Counseling.
Her hobbies and special interests include advocating for Women, Children Rights and Gender issues, researching, writing, developing inspired ideas into programs and Consulting. She has volunteered to many International Organizations including the last concluded International AIDS Society Conference at Washington DC USA.

DIRECTOR GENDER WORLD: Barrister Rukaiya Cynthia Emmanuel
Barrister Rukaiya Cynthia Emmanuel is a mother, a gender activist and an astute legal luminary. Her passion for women and children who are the most vulnerable in the issues of dysfunctional homes and sexual abuses is a driving force that propelled her to offer free legal services to victims.
She is the Principal Partner Juris Legal Consult. She started her career in law as Legal Assistant during the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme with the Ministry of Justice, Lafia, Nasarawa State of Nigeria. Shortly after that, she became the Principal State Counsel, Department of Public Prosecution, Ministry of Justice, Lafia, Nasarawa State from 2007 -2012.After which she had a stint with Attorneys Ad Idem from 2013-2016.
Rukaiya Cynthia Emmanuel attended the prestigious University of Jos where she obtained her LLB. in 2003. She obtained her LLM in 2016 from Nasarawa State University and the Nigerian Law School Abuja in 2005 where she was called to the Nigerian bar. Currently, she is a PhD student with the faculty of law in the Nasarawa State University. Keffi, Nasarawa State, Nigeria.

DIRECTOR FOREIGN OPERATIONS: Dr. Claudette Morgan-Scott
Dr. Claudette Morgan-Scott is the Chief Operating Officer, Shiloh Resource Center Community Development Corporation. She holds a doctoral degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Sector management. She is a Pastor and the Vice-President of Shiloh Worship Centre Inc. in Belton, Texas and was the Superintendent of a High school for fifteen years. She has over twenty years of experience in leadership and education.
She has lectured in Colleges and Universities and also presented several conference papers all over the world. She is a motivational speaker at Faith Based conferences, corporate firms and global market place in the area of social justice, leadership and vision development. She has assisted in the development of humanitarian programmes in Russia, Denmark, Finland, India and Ghana. She has worked with various teams at the United Nations and also attended mission trips in many parts of the world. Dr Scott is concerned about ensuring that the scales of justice are fair to all people, group and nations.
Dr. Scott is an adjunct professor, teaching in Business Administration Program at Texas A&M and at the University of Maryland. She was also the editor of University, a social work magazine.
She has been in the management field for 25 years and is the principal owner of her own consultancy firm. She is a great visionary, assisting leaders around the world to develop their vision through training and education. Through her vast worldwide experience, Dr. Scott brings a unique opportunity to all clients by empowering company’s visions through the lens of the global marketplace. Her dynamic leadership abilities and innovative ideas have been proven through her various leadership responsibilities.
Dr. Scott has many years of experience in humanitarian work around the word. She is a published author. Her latest book is titled, Vision from Invisible to Visible. She is a well sort after speaker and teacher around the world.

DIRECTOR, INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMES: Dr. Linda Felix-Johnson
Dr. Linda Felix-Johnson is a humanitarian, international motivational speaker, literary coach, educator, and advocate. She is the Chief Executive Officer of SistaSoul Productions Company (SSPC), a diverse creative arts enterprise producing and staging theatrical, media, literary, cultural presentations and workshops. Additionally, she serves as President of Women of Mission International (WOMI), a women's empowerment organization, and President of the Exclusive Community Literacy Foundation. Dr. Felix-Johnson is also the founder and CEO of the Institute for International Studies. Originally from Linden-Guyana, she received her education in both Guyana and the USA, where she now resides. Dr. Felix-Johnson holds a Doctorate in Psychology and has specialized training in Mental Health and Family Counseling. She is a passionate advocate for empowering women and children, particularly girls, through social, cultural, economic, and educational programs. She frequently speaks at various forums, community and international events, emphasizing the significance of education and encouraging parents to actively engage in their children's lives. Her literacy program has helped many students improve their reading and comprehension skills, while WOMI's conferences and workshops offer guidance to parents navigating the educational system to find the best resources for their children. She attributes her success to the support of her family and friends and believes in the value of giving back. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, networking, and listening to music. Beyond her professional roles, she is a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is grateful to Jehovah God for granting her the health and strength that allows her to continue her work, drawing inspiration from the song by Diana Ross, "Reach out and touch somebody's hand, make this world a better place if you can."

Iwuagwu Chimnonso Nkenna
Iwuagwu Chimnonso Nkenna is an Enterprenuer (C.E.O Moiselle Concept) and also the project and business development coordinator of Sure Smiles Women And Children Advocacy Initiative. Chimnonso is a positive force in her workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She is mostly inspired by nature and colours. Her hobbies include reading,sketching,researching and designing.
